How to create a timeline in Outlook 2003?

Can I create a 6 or 12 month timeline from Outlook Calendar? or export the
calendar to another program which can create a timeline? Which program and
how?

View | Arrange By | Current View | Define Views -- timeline will be one of the view types you can create.

Thanks Sue, that worked well for my personal calendar, but this is a public
calendar I'm working on. I should have mentioned that in the original post.

I am listed as a Publishing Editor in the permissions for this public
calendar. All permissions are selected except Folder Owner and Folder
Contact. How can I make this work?
