how to create a quiz at the end of a PP presentation

I am creating a PP presentation and need to create a quiz at the end of the
presentation. The questions need to be such that if an incorrect answer is
given the reader must try again. When all questions have been answered
correctly, a certificate needs to be created. Does anyone have any
suggestions?

Well, this woudn't be elegant, but for a multiple choice quiz, if you had a
text box for answer A, B, C, D, you could hyperlink each of the incorrect
answers to a page explaining why the answer is wrong (and then that page back
to the question page)
and hyperlink the correct answer to the slide with the next question.

Not sure about the certificate.

See the examples at my site:

You are specifically looking for the examples in Chapter 7 and 8. None of
them actually create a certificate, but some examples could easily be
adapted to that.

Check out my two downloads at:

If either of them will work for you and you have questions, give me a
holler. One keeps score but the one with the code open doesn't. Also make
sure you read the text next to the image. This uses VBA and macros must be
enabled for them to work.
