how to create a Officexp SP3 with MSI extention and apply through

Is there anyone here, who knows how to create msi file from officexp sp3?
I wanted to deploy officexp sp3 to my clients using GPO, but i think it requires msi file. Any idea how can that be done?

You need a MST file. All you need is described in this article:
