I don't know. What I do know is most developers are getting
away from hover buttons as they require Java which MS is no
longer able to provide. XP and 2003 out of the box will not
be able to see them. Best method is to create your 'button'
as 2 seperate gif images (#1 is normal and 2 is with effect)
and use DHTML effects. I have found out you can also use
animated gifs for either one of these.
