How to create a .CHM Viewer

Hi, I'd like to post this question:

using the HelpProvider control we can be able to launch the appropriate
explorer for a compiled .chm file.

But..how can I create my own custom .chm viewer? I mean, I'd like to put
inside a treeview all the items of the TOC. Clicking on every item I should
be able to open the corresponding web page in a separate control (such as the
WebBrowser in ShDocVw.Dll).
I'd like to create something similar to the DExplore app, but for viewing
..chm contents.

Any ideas or links about it?
