How to count number of occurences in an autofilter list

I'd like to both:
List each of the occurences in an autofiltered list
Count how many of each of the occurences in an autofiltered list
 
Maybe

Application.CountA(Columns("C:C").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible))
