how to copy scheduled task using command line

I have a w2k server that runs 40 scheduled tasks. I need to copy these
schedule tasks by script to another server on daily base. (using command line)

Please advise where is the name of the files, directories that hold such
scheduled task setting.

%SystemRoot%\tasks.

You will have to re-enter all your account names & passwords.
