how to copy/append

Hi,

How can I copy a directory of files from my laptop to my
desktop but have it only add file that don't already
exist. In other words, if I want to update my direcotry
of MP3's on my desktop from my laptop, is there a way to
copy ove the directory but have it skip the ones that are
already there?
 
When you paste the files, you will be prompted if the same file already
exists in the destination folder. You can choose to skip that file.
