How to convert Windows Mail files to Outlook Express

I have Vista, and use Windows Mail for email. I need to convert all of the
files to Outlook Express format to use on a Windows XP PC. How do I do this?

You don't.
However, you can copy all of the EML files to the WinXP machine and drag
them into OE.
