How to convert table to text?

i have table in excel, i want to copy that table to word as a text.

Any answer?

Copy/Paste tha table into Word, then select all rows of the Word table, Table
menu>Convert>Table to text

In Word '07 that's Table Tools, Layout, Convert to Text (right end of ribbon).
