how to convert my excel data to word label

my data contains no,name,id,addr1,addr2,addr3,email,phone_no1,phone_no2 in a
row and now i would like to convert to word label as at below:

no name id no name id no name id
addr1 addr1
addr1
addr2 addr2
addr2
addr3 addr3
addr3
email email
email
phone1 phone1 phone1
phone2 phone2 phone2


required to sort by no
i'm using excel 2003

Your original layout is exactly what Word needs.

Word will do the arranging as you want.
