How to convert .mbox to .pst

I have been using apple mac OS 10.2 for a very long time.
My default email was the mail program in 10.2. Now I have
switched to a PC with windows XP and outlook 2002 is my
default mail program. How do I import my folders that are
stored as .mbox in the mac mail program to outlook 2002?
I would be grateful if anyone could offer any suggestions
on this.

Very good question. The Web is full of references on how to export Outlook
messages to Entourage (mbox format), but I could find none for going the
other way.
