How to convert , comma to . dot in excel to do the following calculation?

Hi, I am using Excel 2007.

I would like to convert , comma to . dot (ie 0.184 + 0.041 + 0.241 etc) in order to calculate the sum on excel. Excel does not accept commas. Please advise!
