how to convert access to .txt file

i'm the new about access, but i have work to do using access.what i suppose
to do is convert access data to .txt file. it's may be can transfer to html
1st then from html convert to .txt . who can teach me step by step converting
those data

No reason to go through html, you can export to .txt directly! Just
select the object to export (table, query, report) without opening it,
right-click and select Export form the pop-up menu. When the file
browser window comes up, select file type "Text Files (*.txt, *.csv,
*.tab, *.asc)" and follow the wizard instructions.
