How to convert a DMG file to use on windows

I would like to know how to convert a .dmg file to an .iso
file or some other file that I can use on windows xp.

This is a Macintosh Disk image file. You can view and use a CD created with
a DMG extension, as well as most MAC disks by using a program called
MacDrive from Mediafour which can be purchased at http://www.mediafour.com/
