How to control IE windows & hide the URL bar

As our company run an application using IE and I would like to control the
all computers running this application as a workstation(just like dump
terminal).

1. I would like to control only one IE windows can be used
2. no URL bar showed

cooperated with disable "run" showing "menu" then it can be under control,

pls advise any effective control

ps: application run under ms2003 server (with domain controller)

Hi jj,

Download the IEAK from Microsoft to create the .adm scripts or Group
Policies to implement the restrictions you require on your network.

Oh also there is a new tool from MS - Microsoft Shared Computer Toolkit,
though this is more for single computer/multiple users/one connection
scenarios.
