Every time I click on a "support" or "contact" link at
Microsoft.com I am taken directly to the Japanese version
of the Microsoft.com website.

Although I do reside in Japan, I cannot read Japanese and
so you can imagine my frustration. All I really want is an
e-mail address for Microsoft so that I can explain this
problem to them in English. I do not want to have to go
through the website again since the same problem always
occurs.

Jeff,

I just went through the process of trying to submit a question through
email and they don't show there email address. I also clicked on
international support and played there for a few minutes. After choosing
Japan it started showing me all of the pages in Japanese. Try to go to this
link and choose United States even though you are in Japan. I don't know
that it will work but I guess it is worth a try. I'll keep looking and I'll
let you know if I find anything.

Jarrod,

Thanks for trying. I got as far as the "submit a request
for online help" page
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-
us;incidentsubmit), but when I click on the "continue"
button all I get is "The page cannot be displayed".

What I really need is a simple e-mail address. I'd rather
not have to navigate the Microsoft site at all. They
really don;t make it easy to ask a simple question do they?
