How to contact author for copyright

I suggest contacting the publisher (a specific email address that deals with
copyright issues).

thank you for your answer - if the copyright notice had indicated the
publisher, this would have been my first reaction of course.

But Stan's copyright notice reads:
"Access Expert Solutions samples of wizards, builders, and add-ins.
Copyright © 1995-96 by Leszynski Company, Inc. Usage allowed by
permission only" or "Copyright (c) 1995 Leszynski Company, Inc.,
May not be used without permission"

So the copyright holder is Stan's (former?) company. A web search didn't
give me any up-to-date information about it. I hoped someone here could
indicate me a shortcut instead of passing via the publisher.
