How to connect two different internet connection on same server

Dear Friends

I have Win2k3 server , and i have two DSl internet connection of
Different isp , also the same server is configured as DHCP server, now
one of these interenet connection is configured on a separate lan card
and the other lan card is directly connected to switch through which
othere desktop can comunicate with server , uptil now i m using only
one internet connection at a time , but now i want to use both
internet connection at a same time and i want to distribute these two
internet connection with the users ( means some users will use earlier
internet connection and some users will use othere internet
connection ) but i m very confused as DHCP is configured on that
server how can i distribute the internet connection among the users,
