How about if I create a "Personal Address Book" .PAB file in a
location access by the 10 computers. I will first consolidate all the
contacts from all 10 computers into one computer's outlook address
book either by exporting it from those computers or importing those
contacts from all other computers to that computer. Then I will
import the contacts from that computer's Outlook Address book to the
newly created personal Address Book. then I will configure all other
computer's personal address book pointing to that PAB file. Then I
will configure this PAB as a default/primary address book/contacts
for all 10 computers and this PAB file will be shared by all
computers in a central location. I wonder will it work.

Nothing native will do this for you, unfortunately - see
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm
Note - most networking people would tell you that more than five
computers means it's time for a client/server environment. Waaaay
too much administrative headache to maintain the network otherwise.
Look into Exchange server, too -
