How to configure LDAP in Win2K AD

We have 1 Win2K AD DC on our LAN. It's logging LDAP errors. Can someone
please give me a or a couple links to learn how to configure LDAP.

So, I need to find out, what is 100 389, is that somehow pointing to a
specific client on my lan?
