How to Combine Data in Several Columns? (How it should look like in the end?)

Dear All

As the forum does not allow me to attach multiple files, I have t
attach the endproduct.txt here. I look forward to any suggestions an
advice soon..... (Endproduct.txt is what charttest.txt should look lik
after combining all the data)

The file shows 7 columns of data. What do you want to do with them - defined
"combine"
