Hi everybody,

How can you combine a symbol and a formula into one?

I have a coloured square (a symbol or a drawing) I want to put in
front of a formula. I have tried combining with '&' but without luck.
I does put the symbol in front but not as the square. It shows
something that looks like a russian letter.

any thoughts?

best regards
Heine

Formulas don't support this kind of character by character formatting.

Maybe you can just use two columns?

this works: =" "&formula

then the space is made to fill in the drawing.
