How to colorize the From and subject (not category)

I understand Category and how it can be set to a color with a Rule or Quick
Click.
I want to know if you can, in a rule, change the FROM and SUBJECT of an
incoming email to a specific color similar to what you can do when pressing
the Organize button and press the using colors button.
Tell me what you can.
