How to clear the Recently used file list

Dear,
How can I clear my MRU(most recently used file lists in start-dcouments)
through registry. I know right clicking Taskbar, then advanced, clear - this
is a head ache everytime you have to do this - is there any thing can
automize while restarting the pc or while shutdown.

Help appreciated.

Totally agree Eric. But I always tell people to `Use It With Care.
It can be quite spiteful to the unwary.
