How to clear history for automatic completion of e-mail names

Can any one tell me how to clear history for automatic
completion of e-mail names? Thanks-
 
You can search for and delete your <profilename>NK2 file (where
<profilename> is the name of your Outlook profile, or you can delete
specific addresses by selecting them from the drop-down list when addressing
a message and hitting Delete.
