I have been using ACT for many years and am considering switching to Outlook
2003 to keep track of my appointments.

In ACT you can flag an appointment as being completed and it is recorded as
history against the contact.
If you do not complete the appointment it will roll over to the next day.
Is there an equivalent to all or part of the above in Outlook 2003?

TIA.

Not anything native to Outlook - it's not CRM so doesn't think of meetings
as "completed" like CRM Software does.

Check the Activities Tab in the Contact and you'll see all History that's in
your Mailbox.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!

Thank you for the info.
