How to choose MSDE instead of JET?

I am creating a database... and I want to use MSDE instead
of JET. Can't find it in my books ... and the paper clip
guy isn't helping ... (cause he's in chinese ... and I
can't read technical jargon in chinese.... (-_-")

Just wondering if anyone knows how to set this option?

When you create a new database, create an Access Data Project instead of a
regualr datbase
