How to change windows update to local computer

Thaks for earlier question, it help me much.
Now, I've got another question -- hope you're all not bore
;-) --
I wonder if windows update program can be change into one
of our server in our office, so there will be no internet
connection needed. I think it will be good and wise ( more
faster I mean ).
For now, we have one of our server to check amd download
the updates into a shared directory. To update the client
computer, I should manually copy and execute ( as the users
don't have previllage to install ) myself.
