pcs.

Assuming they are running an NT-class machine, e.g., 2000 or XP,
have them press Ctrl-Al-Del and choose the "Change Password..."
button.

If they aren't on a machine mentioned below, you can do it with IIS. I
googled aexp2b.htr to find an example page that was exposed to the internet
( I wouldn't do this)

That's a default page that loads with IIS 4 or 5. They just added some
graphics and text to it. Not sure what the IIS 6 equivalent is.

Oops. That site looks like it is IIS 6. I guess that functionality hasn't
changed much.
