how to change the WinXP CD?

My WinXP CD has some corrupted data. Can I send it to MS to get a new one? I
didn't buy WinXP from any retailer . Actually it was a bonus from Microsoft
after I successfully built a demo for MS and my previous company.

Two possibilities:

1. Faulty CD-Rom Drive

2. Scratched or dirty CD-Rom. If scratched, you must replace at your own
expense, and learn to take better care of your CD's. If dirty, clean in the
PROPER manner.
