how to change the slidemaster footer font with vba?

i need to change the date, slidenumber and footer fonts on my slidemaster via
vba.
what piece of vba code would do the trick?
 
Which version of PowerPoint? The code for PPT 97/2000 differs from that for
PPT 2002 or later.
