How to change the page sequence in word

I want to change the sequence of pages in a word document of around 1000
pages. My purpose is to change replace content of page 64 with page 8 and so
on. We can change the slide order in powerpoint can we change the page order
randomly in word. Please help. I am using MS Word 2003.

The content of a Word document is not a collection of pages, in the way that
a PowerPoint presentation is a collection of slides. The pages of a Word
document are the *result* of formatting the text, not containers filled with
text.

If your pages have headings, you can use Outline view and drag the headings
around -- the text under those headings will move also. Failing that, use
cut and paste.
