How To change the default folder Outlook uses for attachments to a Network Drive

In a previous message a poster, Milly Staples, replied w/ the following
link but I can't get it to work w/ a network drive as the default folder. A
couple of years ago I did this It took a few attempts to get it right but
this time I can't get it to work. Any suggestions?
