How to change the color of the text on the Subject line in Outlook

Quick Question,

how do you change the text color for the subject line , My boss wants to be
able to send an email with the subject line on red ( The text on Red )
However the option of changing the color is grayed out.

You're boss can't have what he wants. You can't specify the color of the
subject. That's for the recipient to determine.
