how to change rows or reference from numerics to alphas

i currently have numbers in my reference headings and in the rows and i would
like to change the references along the top from numerics to Alphas.

Please can someone help.......................?

Tools|options|general tab
uncheck R1C1 Reference style

And you'll be back to A1 reference style.
