How to Change Right Click Menu Items

I want to add or change some of the options/items on my right click menu, but
don't know how. Currently I lack the option on "Send to" to send to the CD
burner. I would like to add that to my right click menu. How do I do that?
Other users on the same PC have that option. I am an administrator, but
don't have it. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

try this :
Right click your CD drive, Properties , Recording tab
Tick Enable Recording , CLick OK
