How to change product key on W2k3 server Std.

Hi everyone,
I installed a w2k3 server using msdn product code, but have not activated it
yet. I now want to use this server as the permanet server and have
purchased open license. How do I apply the new product key to the existing
installation?

It would probably be simplest to re-install. I'm open to
correction but I don't think that there is a way to change
the key.
