in Power Point 2002 when attaching sound files, the larger files only LINK
and then are lost when file is emailed, Program help says I can change to
default to imbed all sound files but does say HOW to change default. I have
yet to find any reference to the dafault settings.

The only files that can be embedded are .WAV files. all others are linked. To
set the max size for embedded WAV files, click on Tools, Options, and on the
General Tab set linked files greater than 5000kb
