How to change pop up meny "Send to",which pops up on right-click in windows 2000?

How to change pop up meny "Send to",which pops up on right-click in windows
2000?
I know how to do it in Windows 98 but I don't know where is the Send to
directory in Win2K.
 
The sendto folder will open when you enter "sendto", w/o the quotes, in the
Start > Run command window.
