How to change numeric keypad keys?

I want to change the layout from a adding machine style to a telephone style
where 1-2-3 is on the top. Is this possible?

And if you don't want to mess with these registry settings manually
(they're actually quite ugly), you can try this:

It is a small program that creates the registry settings in a user
friendly way.

I tried that then realized the 123 keys on my Microsoft Natural keyboard
have an upwards slant. I don't look at my keys anyway so I guess I'll just
leave them as they are. No biggee. Works like a charm.
