How to change MSN Messenger ports to make MSN work?

Is there anyone that can explain how I can change the
ports that are being used by MSN messenger.
Our netadmin has blocked some ports in the firewall, and
said that if I can get MSN Messenger to work throug port
80, then its OK to use MSN Messenger - but how do I do
that? We do not use any Proxy servers, but a WG firewall.
Any help...pls!
