how to change lpt mode to print 132 char per line in command mode?

Hi,

I have problem with one of the user pc. It is using win2k Pro with SP4. It
is attached to the Epson 570 printer. According to the user he can use " mode
lpt1:132 " from command prompt b4. Now I tried it at command prompt and it
gives back " Out of memory " error message. I check the windows 2000 help
file and the command is there. I would really appreciate if anybody can guide
me how to fix it. My goal is to print 132 char per line from DOS program in
windows 2000 pro instead of 80 char. I can print 80 char per line from
command prompt using ">prn" . Thanks in advance...
Regards
Wilco

you may want to have a look at Printfil, which allows you this, and much
more.
More info and a free trial is available for download at our web site.
