how to change language?

Hi. I would like to know how to change the complete language scheme, where
everything is displayed in German or something, to english.
 
If you are referring to the language that Front Page
uses, you would have to purchase the version in the
language you want.
 
or if you want simple translation one language to another, Google has a
translation tool
