How to change keyboard type to qwerty at logon?

Hello,

My system boots up with a azerty keyboard layout at logon. How do I
change this to qwerty. This is at logon not after the user account is up
and running.

Hi,

Control Panel/Regional and Language options/Languages tab, click details. On
the settings tab, you may have the wrong keyboard language set as the
default.
