How to change Drive Identities

I had two hard drives with 7 partitions between them. I replaced the old
primary drive with a 200 gig unit divided with 3 partitions and reformatted
a second to one partition so the new installation has a total of four drives
in software. I also transferred data from my old drives to the new setup.

My problem is that I ended up with drives identified as C - D - H and I.
How can I change the H and I drives to be E and F.
