How to change desktop font colors

Hi is there a way to change the font color in the desktop icons???For
example "My computor" >change the words from the typical white lettering.

Without third party software, the text on the desktop will be black if a
light color is selected here: Display properties> Appearance> Advanced>
Item> Desktop. The text will be white if a dark color is used.

Also, if using drop shadows the desktop color does not matter. Text will be
white with a black/grey shadows. Setting for drop shadows is found in
System properties> Advanced> Performance> Settings> Visual Effects. Uncheck
"Use drop shadows for icon labels on desktop."
