How to change Computer Name after installed WinXP

Since I did not change the assigned Computer Name during the installation
process, so after WinXP has been installed, one of the Folder under
"Documents and Settings" becomes "So & So" and it doesn't allow me to change
the folder's name. Can anyone help me how to solve this problem? Many Thanks

That is not the Computer Name, it is a user name.
To change you have to create a new user, have the new user take ownership of the old user's files,
transfer the files to the new user and delete the old user.
