How to change color of icon

I want to change the color of icon,How it can be opened?
and how can i change color.
If any one knows please let me know

You can edit icons using Visual Studio .NET (or VS 6), or software like
Microangelo.
 
Add to Icon item to you application using the Project menu "Add Existing
Item". In the Solution Explorer listing, click on the icon and it should
bring up the .net icon editor.
