How to change Colomn headings from (1,2,3,) to (A,B,C,)

In EXCEL 2007:-

- Office Button

- Excel Options

- Formulas

- Working with formulas (there is a toggle in here called R1C1 reference
style - change the setting here)

Tools>Options>Genaral tab>Uncheck R1C1 reference style4
